Custom Build Consult

Service Description

As all of our instruments are made to order for an individual, our pre order process includes a consult to sit down with you 1 on 1 to run through everything you need, test instruments when available, choose timbers etc and choose final specs on our instrument. Why do we charge a $60 consult fee? This goes towards covering the costs the considerable consult time in the work shop, as well as the time taken after your consult to quote our instrument. This $35 charge comes off the price of instrument if you proceed. As each instrument is a 1 of 1 build, quotes cannot be supplied on the spot and generally take approx. 24 hours to turn around. We require a 40% build deposit before any order is commenced, the balance of the build price is then broken up into a payment plan after commencement.
